Cosplay

Astarion cosplay -  this was originally made for a music festival but I can't resist taking it to comic cons! I spent over 50 hours on the jacket and I'd never taken on a prokect of this scale before. I used an old shirt as the base and added hand-embroidered red velvet and stitched highlights. I marked out the patterns free-hand with chalk and used a thick metallic gold thread to fill in the shapes. I even dyed my hair white for this cosplay! All in all, it was one of the most fun pieces to put together and I hope to get to wear it to another con soon! - Jason
